The formidable Duplighost of Twilight Town, Doopliss has been wreaking havoc from his new home in Creepy Steeple, turning the town’s residents into pigs. Mario goes to stop Doopliss, but he steals Mario’s body and name, and tricks Mario’s partners to leave the real Mario behind and join his side instead! He later gives Mario the chance to get his name and body back if he can correctly guess his name, but he’s somehow stolen a letter from the player’s keyboard, too! How did he do that, anyway…?
